We undertake a thorough review of individual capability first through a self- assessment questionnaire to assess knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSAs) and then personal development plans (PDPs) followed by a tailored workshop programme to address gaps in skills, both at individual and team levels. Ongoing coaching and support may include short refresher sessions to hone those skills.
